Lantern Hollow

Lantern Hollow is the kind of adventure game you play in the evening with the sound on. You wander a small hand-drawn town, tap to explore, and piece together what happened there through notes and conversations. It's slow in a good way.

Puzzles are woven into the world rather than dropped in as obstacles, so nothing ever felt like busywork. When I got stuck it was usually because I hadn't looked closely enough, not because the game was being unfair.

It's very kind to your battery since most of it is static scenes and light animation. Perfect for a long commute or winding down before bed.
